Extremely helpful even though we were unable to get the tour we were after. The staff were very enthusiastic about the town and things to do at this time of year (wet season).

Noelene was exceedingly helpful and went out of her way the help us and to locate accomodation in the busy school period. Friendly and warm. A great experience in a beautiful location.

Very busy and delayed for 45 minutes before we could speak to anyone. No more helpful for local information than the leaflets and web searches I'd fine before and no real local knowledge offered

Great place to visit prior to doing anything in Broome. Tina was extremely helpful providing us with information about places to visit as well as making booking to fly over the Bungle Bungles, Lake Argyle and the Argyle diamond mine. The souvenirs are well priced also.

Absolutely useless. The lady hadn’t been out to James Price Pt and was just going by customer reports. Too busy fiddling with her computer. Generic advice. You can do better off the internet, tourist brochures and WikiCamps. Save your time, don’t come here.
